....ELECTION FEVER....
juz came back from a worker's party rally at ang mo kio.. i tell u, it was reali happening and rawked man! in my opinion, most of the topics discussed there made sense and the was a fair share of jokes too. some from the crowd, some from the speakers.
upon my late arrival, haha.. i was reali stunned to see thousands of ppl.. it was so amazing and remarkable. crowds arrived via all modes, bikes, cars, sbs bus, bus 11 (haha), bicycles.. it was all squeezy and shoulder rubbin. melvin, ellwangen and me went, we somehow squeezed our way amongst thousands 2 the front, or at least near the front, where then ppl started to sit down on grass?!! not juz grass, but semi solid muddy grass patches. well, i followed suit, but it wasnt that dirty anyway. then here comes a joke.... when everyone was seated on squatting down.. this botak chinese man was happily standing in the middle, i dont know if he was doing it intentionally or wad. but some malay guy from the crowd suddenly shouted "OI BOTAK!! duduk la!!" which translated means sit down la! haha... then the man looked around and sat down kindda in an embarassing way. then the sector which i was at started laughing like nobody's business.. and started clapping. had a good laugh. lol
overall the rally was reali interesting, shouts from the crowd in hokkien and english could be heard repeatedly. the most extreme was when a speaker was ellaborating on how the PAP deals with certain issues and their solutions to it... then someone from the crowd shouted "lang jiao solution!!" man... daring and funny too. lol.
but wad i experienced and saw was something the media never EeeEeEver broadcasted.. there were countless chants of "WORKERS PARTY" going on and on. and the media never exposed that, inevitably, there were huge crowds too.. and i mean huge! at the rally itself, by the road sides, and even on each floor of the nearby blocks. i, who is fed information via LOCAL media never did realise that all this happened. its like HELLO media?!! i question ur intentions on not exposing such strong attendances and responses and support given and shown to opposition parties.
and if the media doesnt wanna expose the truth of the FACT and the POWER of the supporters towards the WP and the other opposition parties, then i'll spill the beans to my blogders. the fact of the matter and bottom line is, that the crowds drawn for WP AMK rally is so much bigger than the PAP rallies.. everyone knows that, or rather, insider information reveals that. not the media. *hint*, www.youtube.com has more evidence 2 justify crowd attendance and response.
is the media controlled? or the media fears of being faced with a law suit if they expose matters regarding the PAP being unfavoured or less popular than their opposition? i leave it 2 u 2 decide...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zk6KhPrIPns&search=workers%20party
some of the reali strong evidences of PAP rallies having low attendance esp by SM Goh and worker's party chants, videos have been removed by the respective users of youtube.com
but if possible, i'll show ya guys a video or two.
got a hunch that this GE200t6, PAP will not win as many seats as they have won in the past. respect Mr Chiam See Tong, Mr Steve Chia, Mr Low Thia Khiang, Ms Chee Siok Chin and Dr Chee Soon Juan. respect ur courage to fight for our rights. thanks PAP for upkeeping Singapore and a place where I can call Home..
lookin 4ward to 6th May.. at night, all will be revealed.
