live life man..... SPREAD love all around.... be hip... never neglet those who brought u up and saw u threw ur childhood years... thanx mum and dad... anywayz.. went 4 an extended family lunch 2day.. my grand auntie's 70th burfdae... so something BIG and 2 b proud off... so went there, had such a load of lunch... after that, went 2 the pub upstairs... only drank a mug of FOSTERS, played some darts, and didnt have coins 4 the pool table.. hehe!! oh wellz, juz ran 5km again.. lolx!! hahax.. ARSENAL 4 - 0 Charlton..... Arsenal = a class of its own.. truly unstoppabe... juz simply love the gunners.. u rawk arsena..
